Job Title: IT Support Analyst with GXP

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact to expedite support, participate in Rapid Response Team triage processes, and attend daily performance meetings.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and assist the network and infrastructure support teams in addressing issues and executing infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with the client’s SPOC to lead Reliability Calls for high-priority tickets (P1/P2), including investigation and resolution.
- Support the hardware team by checking shop-floor peripherals and printers.
- Act as a coordinator to resolve incidents related to application support in the manufacturing plant.
- Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for BU IT Local support and external vendors.
- Resolve connection issues with equipment such as weighing scales and replace defective components like MOXA devices.
- Coordinate with the MLL Workstation engineering team (WESS) to troubleshoot OS, workstation builds, and antivirus/malware setups.
- Test connectivity for network changes like wireless access or patching.
- Collaborate with application owners to ensure client applications are installed and functioning correctly.
- Coordinate with equipment vendors for repair and maintenance.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting for application issues and escalate unresolved problems to achieve a solution.
- Support base business activities such as IQ/OQ testing and technical change control processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years handling site IT support and incident management.
- ITIL Process Knowledge: Proficiency in ITIL processes like Service and Asset Management.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with network infrastructure, multiple operating systems, and databases.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and provide off-business-hours support when required.
- Manufacturing Plant Knowledge: Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing plants is advantageous.
- MES Knowledge: Added advantage if experienced with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Multitasking Skills: Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Additional Requirements
- Manufacturing Experience: Knowledge of IT infrastructure in manufacturing settings.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Proven experience in collaborating across teams or departments.
- Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in IT projects.
- Compliance: Understanding of GxP compliance regulations and processes.
- ITIL Certification: Preferable for structured incident and change management.
